Purchased a leather recliner last year. It broke after a couple of months. After calling several times, it was finally repaired. However , a week later it broke again. This was in October 2017. Been calling, and calling and calling . It's now the end of February. Still no response. Next step is Better Business Bureau.

They do not follow up after the sale if you have issues. We purchased a sectional and carpet in Jan. 2017. Sectional did not come with the adjustable legs. It took until Aug. 2017 for Brian to deliver and install the adjustable legs, only after we contacted the manufacturer of the sectional to see if we could order the legs ourselves. The carpet installer did something incorrectly because there is a VERY visible seam and hard globs of glue under the carpet. Brian looked at it and said it was a problem, but that it was Casey's area. Casey does not return phone calls or respond to letters. They did attempt to contact us a few times to install the sectional legs, but only if they were in the area or had a cancellation, with no advance notice to us. They would not work with our schedule even though we told them in advance what days and times would work. It is now Jan. 2018 and the carpet seam still has not been fixed. Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone.

I love going into Mcganns. We always find what we are looking for at a very reasonable price. Plus I love just walking around and dream about our next purchase. The sales personal is very friendly and helpful. With great information to any questions we have. Have shopped with Mcganns for 35 years.

If you want good quality furniture, I highly recommended McCann's Furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. I purchased new dinning room set & bedroom set. Beautiful & great quality. Customer service is great, they deliver set up and correct any issues right away.
