We had a great experience today while purchasing a mattress. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did not pressure us. Julica also helped us. She was thoughtful, caring and brought up great points we had not considered. I would definitely refer friends and family to this location working with these two employees!

Steinhafels delivered a new mattress to my house that smells absolutely revolting, if not deadly. It is off-gassing so badly that we have to have the windows open in our bedroom 100% of the time just to survive the stench, and it's winter in WI, 5 deg F outside. Heaven only knows what the gasses are and how carcinogenic they are. Our entire house smells like we have 5 open cans of enamel paint sitting in our bedroom. Why would you sell products like this at all, much less without warning your customers of what they're in for if they buy a mattress? Of course the answer is, you wouldn't sell any $3,000 foam mattresses if you told your customers in advance. And so your solution is to lock your customers in with restocking fees and non-refundable $150 mattress covers. Now my old mattress is gone (hauled away by Steinhafels) and I only have this deadly fuming mattress. Do your homework before you buy, and learn what furniture stores and manufacturers don't want you to know.

Bought a large sectional in September only to have the wrong piece (ordered wrong by them) delivered. Then replacement 8 weeks later was damaged. They suggested we keep it and have it fixed by a technician. Replacement piece was ordered to fix it. After 3-4 back and forth installation dates were set (and changed by them), only to find out that the installer cannot fit piece in car (found out on day of) so separate delivery is still in progress. Completely rediculous. It is mid February....

This store is huge! Sales people were very helpful and know their products. She had options narrowed down quickly by asking questions about what we wanted. Prices are in line with other stores with the same type of products. The only negative would be that the young person welcoming people near the door might have had a little enthusiasm when saying hello...lol

Shopped for a mattress here. Pushy salespeople, especially "Capt. Marvel." He would not let us look in the value section, made inappropriate comments to me and my husband, and when we were trying to leave, he trapped us for 30 minutes showing us lots of pictures and telling us stories of his late father. Although I do feel sorry for him and his loss, it is not my place as a customer to be providing emotional support.
