We give this store a 5star because how helpful JOE is. He treated us fair and kindly even though I came in a bit sour after some eailrer frustrations. Not his fault i might add. He was nice,helpful,and went right to the point. Definitely recommend having joe help you. We got a great deal on a new mattress. THANKS JOE!

Yesterday my mom and I came into mattress firm and we entered into the mattress give away contest and was one of the lucky winners mom won a mattress and box spring valued at $3000.00 instantly what a dream come true Micheal went above and beyond to help assist mom and had alot of patience he really knows his products and wanted to make sure she received a comfortable mattress he really took out a great deal of time to explain each Mattress in his store Micheal is very friendly upbeat and just awesome person to work with if I had my own store I would hire him on the spot GREAT Customer service. FYI I am a secret shopper for retailers and I give him a 100%. And he didn't stress us or pressure us into buying anything we didn't need thank you. I will be sure to pass this along to all of my friends and family what great service we received GOD Is Good And On Time. Mom was really in need of a new mattress and she is now resting comfortably in her new deam bed. Sincerely yours , The winner Venita

So we walked into Sleep train after coming back from another mattress company. My wife comes up and tells the sales rep that we are only spending x amount. The lady goes and shows up product that matches our price and begins to let us feel out the mattress with no pressure. She then begins to show better product that was a little over budget but she managed to get us deals on the entire purchase!! From bed frames, to the bed, to shipping and the box spring!

The salesperson, Patrick, was very friendly and helpful, even though we were being losers by shopping for a bed on the evening of Halloween. We had a great shopping experience because of him. He wasn't pushy; he gave us just the right amount of attention. We were also very happy with the free delivery; that pushed us toward the sale. We are also glad that we have 100 days to change our mind about the mattress. Too good of a deal to turn down. This was our first time buying a brand new mattress.
