After much looking around, couch testing and price comparing we settled on FF. The night we ordered the motherlode of goods :), I had just stopped in while my hubby went to Harbor Freight; you know, just to look around again! 2 hours later WE had decided on a bedroom set, 3 counter stools, a couch, 3 (special order) chairs and a jewelry armoire AND taking advantage of their Grand Opening sale. We couldn't be happier with our purchases. We ran into a few snags with our fabric choices for the chairs due to the manufacturer's issues, but FF staff were still very apologetic and helpful with new selections. While we mostly dealt with Dave and Amber, everyone we did have help from was extremely helpful, polite and enjoyable. No one was ever pushy. Their deliveries were made as scheduled and delivered by the nicest 2 guys ever! Super careful with the furniture to ensure not only the furniture made it in unmarred but so that nothing in my house got nicked too! We will go back to them for our next needs without hesitation! (Although, sadly, that is going to be a while unless I can talk my hubby into getting rid of the very old and tired looking end tables now residing next to our new couch and chairs!) Hope you have the same success we had!

I was very pleased with this place at first I had gotten things from them before. But this particular time I received a cracked table they had to replace on top of me waiting over 3 weeks to get my living room set for them. Their communication when you call is horrible you talk to different people and the tell you different things. It's April 11th and I still haven't received anything and I paid in full in February when I was suppose to have it at the end of March. And they gave me $100 off on something that was over $1300. Sounds fair no way. So after my order comes in I will never order anything else again. Very disappointed.

My husband and I bought furniture a year ago before our year was up for manufacturing we had to get things fixed on our furniture but their guy put into their system that he had completed the job! Well.....problem is he never came back out to fix it instead lied about it so with that being said we will never do business again! I highly suggest you pass on this company don’t waste your hard earned money.

Amber and David were awesome! They were very informative and helpful. Also patient with us as we made our decisions and didn’t make us feel rushed! Thankful for a good experience!
