If I was able to put no star I most definitely would! My mother and I came into furniture Mart in Covington on August 14 2017 at approximately 4:15pm. There was two gentleman and one older woman with grey short hair behind the counter. We walked around for a long moment. We came into a little office that we believed we weren't allowed in but this very energetic lady with long brown hair stated we could enter. She asked were we finding everything okay? She was the only one that even spoke to us. The other individuals behind the counter when you first enter we're rude and just playing on their electronics. We were looking for bed rails and the lady in the office helped us figure out on the tag what size was what. We needed a California king so we were unable to purchase anything at this time. However, I will never return here again because of the lack of service. Besides the lady in the office she was upbeat, and happy the rest were oblivious to the fact I entered or left.

We bought a set of recliner sofas with the understanding that we could return them if the furniture didn't work for us. I now need major knee surgery on both knees , can hardly walk, cannot recline in these recliner chairs and have been asking to exchange for a sofa set. Catherine has not gotten back to us for months with the reason she was waiting on James, the district manager. Today, my husband went over there and was told that James will not exchange the furniture, even though it's rental at this point, he said I could buy an ottoman. How insulting. I will be trying to sell this furniture and will never do business with this company again. I'll make sure anyone I know doesn't as well. You would think these people would have an ounce of compassion. Beside the fact that I'm willing to spend extra money on another furniture set. Shame on you both.

My wife and I bought a sectional, mattress/foundation, as well as a swivel chair for our son. There was a bit of a mix up with the chair we received as well as the foundation not being able to fit up our stairwell. Which ,Lisa at the store allowed me to take the chair we were suppose to get right off the showroom floor as well as noticing we had been rung up and over charged for the chair. She also had one of her guys in store deliver a separated foundation for our mattress. After recieving a credit for the difference, she also gave us an extra $50 credit for the hassle we put towards a coffee table that was with the sofa on the showroom floor.

Our friends got horrible service, and said the manager in Covington was a completely rude person. Wont be shopping with you. Wont be buying the Royal Canopy bed set. Rooms to Go has a similar set. BTW, we were going to get it today and put something on FB about it, and our friend called us and told us about her...your manager....That ended that.
