These people had the sale!! And we got a refund for ineptitude.
Lack of communication. 

There are many bad reviews on here for a reason!! Rooms to Go, your customer service is poor!! 

We had already purchased a bed and mattress our son. We told them we'd be back in 2 hours to pick it up. My husband shows up, bed is not disassembled, the warehouse men didn't have a clue, the screws were stripped. My husband waited close to an hour to hear that the screws were stripped and they didn't have any other screws. My husband is waiting in the 90+ degree heat and decides to call our sales lady (Millie, who was nice). The store manager come out upon demand from my husband, wanting to know what's going on. He had an attitude and ARGUED with my husband. We decided to get a refund because customers shouldn't be treated with disrespect. At least let someone know what's going in instead of standing around like a bunch of idiots.

Bought a couch.  They said it'd be an hour or so to prep (plastic wrap) so I said I'd come back later to pick it up.  When later came, it wasn't wrapped.  "We don't wrap for self pick up" was the response.  They wouldn't even offer scrap wrap for me to do it myself.  Wasted time and mileage because of their poor communication among their employees.  And they aren't that interested in a resolution once you write the check.  The price was decent, but it is a low budget outfit with regard to customer care.

BE CAREFUL the salesmen will tell u what u want to hear to make the sales.  DO NOT buy the cleaning package we told the guy we had a dog he told us if she messed on the couch they would come out and clean it he asked if we have kids or animals we said yes you would think if they ask if u have them they would be covered but the only thing covered is if u spill food or drinks on it.  what is my dog gonna spill her food on my couch just a way for them to screw people out of an extra $120.  tried to get refunded but that was a joke go somewhere that stands behind their word and their product.

Rooms to Go Outlet is awesome!  Excellent prices and variety.  I recommend to ask for Rene, great salesperson!
