Memorial day we purchased a new mattress and box spring I'm happy with the furniture but not with the sales person who told me they would take our old mattress ,but when the time for delivery and pick up of our old mattress they refused to take it on the grounds it had a stain the size of a tablespoon! We were agitated to say the least, then this pass week we decided to give them another shot we went in and looked at all the recliners our sales man Dan a nice guy but obviously does not know what he's selling he promised us we could purchase an electric recliner and not have to plug into electricity that we could go to home depot and buy a battery charger pack because we wanted to put the chair in the center of the room well when it was delivered I was at work I came home to find out no that's was not true that you MUST PLUG in the wall that you can not use a battery pack to run the chair!!!!!- well needless to say we will NEVER buy from rooms to go again either they don't train their sales people on their products are they train them to LIE to the customer to make a sale NEVER AGAIN

When I went there was construction out by the road and the place look closed but it was open. The staff was very helpful and even though it looks like they are in the process of expanding everything was very nice looking and displayed great. I would totally recommend going there to furniture shop and possibly buy

I went into Rooms To Go sometime in October. And at the door upon entry, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Dan. While working work Dan do design my property, the experience was extremely pleasurable. As my interest sparked with the many different pieces of furniture, Dan was making the experience increasingly better by recommending cheaper and more comfortable pieces. My place looks amazing. And keeping tabs on the deliveries and always looking to push delivery dates up to receive my pieces. Will recommend more people to go, and will be coming back. Very appreciative of the customer service.

Nice selection of furniture.  Believe it or not the prices are about the same as a discount "freight" furniture store we went to first. The only difference is rooms to go has a higher quality product.

Used to be one of my favorite furniture stores. Currently undergoing renovations and selections are limited.
