I took off work because I was waiting on my delivery. The company provided a tracker to keep up with my delivery. I was stop #19. The delivery truck was near by and once I refreshed my page to see where they were the tracker basically stopped and said unable to start. Originally my time for delivery was between 6:00-8:00pm than my delivery time jumped to 1:30-3:00 pm so I waited in the house all day. They even stopped at delivery #20 and never delivered my items. I’m so upset and very frustrated. Need better communication skills.

Staff was cold... rude. Walked out. Too many other furniture places that are friendly, welcoming and want to earn your business.

Dawood at furniture Mecca off of hunting park and broad st was wonderful and helped us with a bedroom set which was really great and his service was fantastic and also friendly I highly recommend you ask for dawood when you venture in

Just bought some bar stools and coffee table from furniture mecca... the prices are reasonable just how I like it! Oh and if you do purchase anything Jamie is the go to guy!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks again!
