I have been a customer for over 9 yrs. The furniture selection matches my style. Had problems with delivery and damaged items, which were replaced but only after I reminded them that I have been a loyal customer. I gave them 4 stars mostly because of the quality of the furniture. Most of my purchases were from the NE store location. I never had a problem with service there.

The store located at 4640 Roosevelt Blvd is the worst. The salesman I dealt with was ill mannered and rude! Extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the aggravation and visit another location...
