I had an amazing experience at Home Gallery! They guys were awesome and the manager Zee helped me pick out my perfect Sofa/Love. The prices are better than I have seen anywhere else. I am definitely coming back when it is time to upgrade my mattress.

Home Gallery has the BEST prices in town HANDS DOWN!!! I am reading the other reviews and I am not sure if you went to the HOME GALLERY LOL. My Entire family goes there and we have nothing but good things to say. We have stopped in all locations except for North Philly and Arimingo.  I've purchases a counter height dining set and pillow top King size mattress from the Cedar Brook location and I absolutely LOVE IT!  The customer service was EXCELLENT. It took me over an hour to figure out what I really wanted and the guy that was helping me was very understandable. All of the furniture is very reasonable and it is VERY affordable for the POOR and WORKING CLASS.   I am going back! I need to save some money up for my living room set. Also, the delivery charges weren’t bad. I am looking at the other reviews and I see people complaining, however try American Signature and I bet you are going to pay based off of your zip code.  American signature quoted 119.00, which is ridiculous for a dam MIRROR. I had to rent an Uhaul truck that cost me 63.00 then I filled it up before I returned it with an additional 20.00. So people before you complain about delivery, think about how much it costs if you were to do it yourself. IT IS THE SAME THINGLOL. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND HAVE PURCHASE REASONABLE FURNITURE PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT….

I have been a returning customer for over three years.I was told as usual a large window time for delivery btween 10-8 p.m. I wa told like usual to call the night before for a more precise delivery time. I called and was told between 10-8 p.m. Had I known I wouldn't as usual be giving a more precise time I WOULD OF NOT MADE MY FURNITURE PURCHASE. Who in todays times has 10 hours to sit and wait for delivery of furnture.I had always used their delivery service with no problem until today March 8, 2013. I was told Home Gallery is no longer using their own delivery service, but has contracted another  private delivery service. Needless to say delivery service claims they knocked on my apartment door at 10 a.m. and no one answered, but my son was home. They didn't call me until almost 11:35 A.M.. I paid 89.00 for delivery and time I returned call about 12;00 they said I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AND PAY ANOTHER 89.00 FOR DELIVERY. Needless to say my items are still on the delivery truck and they are still making deliveries , but I refuse to pay another 89.00.. I NOW HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ElSE TO PICK UP MY FURNITURE FROM THE WAREHOUSE. I have furnished almost my entire house with Home Gallery furniture, although I have no complaints  wth the quality and price of their furniture, due to their new delivery service I will no longer be a customer.
