My experience with Ms. America at Furniture Gallery was a great one.  She understands that customer service is important.  She treated me with respect and courtesy and even extended herself beyond good customer service to provide GREAT customer service.  She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.  I am thankful and grateful that she knows the value of customer service.

I recently visited with the store and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The woman who serviced me name was Ms. America I am so thankful for her assistance as she made my experience pleasurable leaving me with the thoughts of returning. I encourage anyone who is interested in good quality as well as great service should pay Home Gallery furniture on rising sun Ave and hope to have Ms. America as there sales associate 😊

Ms. America was the nicest woman you could ever want to meet!!!! She was helpful and friendly! Great customer service skills!! She talked with me about my family as well as hers. I would recommend everyone I know to this store. She helped me get my bedroom set and living room set! I will be back to purchase more items for my home soon!

I came into the store looking for a bed and Ms. America helped me find my dream bed and more. She walked me threw everything she was very helpful. So professional she walked me threw the whole store to see if I like anything and when i couldn’t find anything she showed me the books and the website and that’s when i found my dream bed and stuff. I will definitely be back and I recommend all my friends and family to this store and to her. I’m so happy with my purchase and all the many options i had to choose.
