I'll keep this brief. The people that made the experience were wonderful!! HUGE hats off to Kendra and the newest addition, Moriah. Corey and Lois will always be greatly appreciated. The other managers along the way and the interior designer, Heidi were less than wonderful. With so many companies to by furniture from, I would only go back to a select few. Those few, are what earned the five star rating.

Furniture Row was a fun place to shop! The furniture is beautiful and good quality, and the customer service was great!  I found just what I was looking for and at a price that can't be beat!

great selections of furniture.   The sale people were friendly but did not hound you until you needed a questions answered.   I do wish our furniture would come a little sooner, but it was a great experience shopping at the Draper store.

Oaks at furniture row was or first and last stop at furniture row. They had huge variety and the perfect office furniture I was looking for. They are reasonably priced and the furniture is high quality. The salesman wad very friendly and helpful!

We loved the Joana Gaines furniture collection and were happy to find it at Furniture Row. Heidi is their in-house decorator who helped us find a great piece for our new home! Kendra rang us up and was very helpful! She answered all our concerns in case it didn't work in our space. We were happy with the customer service we received!
