We looked at many different stores in Rochester and neighboring towns. In the end we came back to Furniture Superstore and they treated us very well. Huge store with a huge selection! Rick was very easy to work with and had our needs in mind. Got a great deal and the delivery was flawless. Delivery guys were very courteous and careful of their surroundings when bringing the furniture in the house. Highly recommend checking this place out. We will be back!

Loved the informative service.  Not pushy at all.  Great selection and customization options.  Excellent price for the quality of furniture we were looking for.  We have shopped at several other furniture stores in town- and this was by far the best experience.

I just had a fantastic experience with Furniture Superstore. I just upgraded the couch in my living room to a new reclining couch. This Southern Motion couch is very comfortable, even for us larger guys.

The staff were great to work with. Communications were prompt and effective. 

I'll be going back for more.

Extremely dissatisfied with the mattress we purchased.  Called to return the mattress and were told it was NOT an option.   We were offered a mattress protector at the time of purchase and declined as we have a very high quality one already,  BUT were NOT told it would void ALL warranty n return options!  $1300 on a mattress and they are not willing to do ANYTHING for us. I would even take store credit.....  would and will NEVER purchase a thing from this company again!!!  Horrible customer service!!!! Horrible experience!!!  I had to choose at least one star to post my review,  but would rate negative stars if I could

Great furniture store. They employed an extremely knowledgeable staff and carried a great selection. They let us take home cloth samples to see how they went with the home to ensure we are making the right purchase. Very helpful and enjoyable store.
