Great deal, terrible purchase experience and customer service. We found a great deal here on a couch during a labor day sale. However, when my fiance and I went to look at the couch, we were profiled for our age and were not greeted upon entering the store, were not asked if we needed help, and were simply ignored. I know this because there was a middle aged couple that came in after us that were helped instantly. Upon purchasing the couch, we were told that it might be delivered to store in 3 days, or perhaps 5 days; depending on how much space was on the truck. Well, we are still waiting two and a half weeks later. I've called them on multiple occasions for updates, and they've only given me vague answers, and kept pushing the delivery date back. They have never called me for updates, and we have been kept in the dark about when it will be delivered. All in all, I have had a horrible experience, and I haven't even gotten my couch yet. I'm glad I didn't buy a warranty, because I get the feeling they never would have honored it anyways. We will be going else next time.

Furniture not delivered on time and I was not informed that delivery was cancelled due to a piece not arriving on time. Waited 2 hours for it to arrive and then after 30 min of phone calls find out that I Now have to wait another week for it to be delivered. Billed for something that I can't even use. But they want their money on time. Really not fair. No compensation for their screw up either. Another week without a bed.
