We stopped in to look for an entertainment center/TV stand. They didn't have what we we're looking for, but they didn't complain when we tried every power sofa/theater seating thingy in the entire store, which is quite a few. Looking to purchase a sofa in a few months or so and even though Macy's seemed to be a lock, this place had some sofas that were way more comfy than the one at Macy's. They earned a future sale by simply not being dicks about two people trying every chair in the place, even though they knew we weren't purchasing anything. Gj, guys.

Worst experience ever. After multiple re-orders, horrible store level customer service, over 40 weeks of waiting for the right color and undamaged furniture for $10k the only response from the store manager is to return the order and start over. Unbelievable. The store manager’s response is it’s unrealistic to expect furniture from this manufacturer that would meet my expectations. My only expectation was to get the furniture I selected without every piece being damaged not once, not twice but three times. No apology. No acknowledgement of how ridiculous this experience has been. If you want quality furniture don’t shop here. My experience has inspired my dear friend who just ordered Becker furniture to cancel her order. I’m going to Schneiderman’s Furniture.

My husband and I happened upon the store during a couple of the sales. We were able to find exactly what we wanted, even items we didn't know we wanted, for our new home. Trudy was the most helpful in finding just the right look for our new sofa. Thanks to everyone, including the delivery guys. I would definitely recommend my friends to go here.

staff was wonderful! our sales lady was awesome ! She went out of her way when our children were getting a little crabby, she went and got them snacks ! She was very sweet

Salesman Dan McConnell was knowledgeable and very helpful. I will recommend Dan to friends. Delivery was on time and efficient. The carnation from delivery team was a plus!
