The sales people are amazing, product is amazing, the warehouse people are not very professional. When we picked up our furniture we were informed that they would not wrap it like the sales person said they would, they had or couch on end where people had been waking with muddy feet prints, and just tossed the items in the truck without care for the parts. Thankfully we bought the warranty for them I guess!

We had a great experience and Ashley HomeStore, Kelsey K. Showed us all the couches that met our criteria, and once we had one in mind we really like she told us about our options and warranties. Thank you Kelsey for selling us a great couch!

I usually don't do reviews but I felt compelled to do so with such amazing customer service that I had recently at Ashley HomeStore. Veron is who helped me find my furniture pieces that I was looking for. She is very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to! She let me look around the store several times but was close by when I had questions for her to answer. She listened to what I was looking for and gave great suggestions when making my final decisions. I also came into the store at the right time for a great deal on my pieces and I can't wait for them to come soon to my home.
