About five years ago, We bought a dining room and bedrooms for our daughter, and it was a great experience. We had been shopping at all the furniture stores around. But we really found what we wanted at Furnitureland South. Natalie Dean was very helpful even though we didn’t buy on the spot, but we were emailing back and forth until we decided to go with the purchase. A few weeks ago, we decided to buy a few more pieces, Natalie was still there, and she was just as helpful. She helped us get the best deal! Furnitureland South has a huge selection with awesome quality from prestigious designers, and a range of cost that fits your needs.

Charlie Sheffield is amazing! We came shopping with a few ideas, he took them and found perfect solutions for the rooms we are updating! Charlie is a superb listener. I have had issues working with designers in the past because they have had strong opinions, contrary to mine, about what we should buy. I loved that Charlie really worked tirelessly to find the perfect items to make us happy.

I experienced great customer service from Donald. He was knowledgeable , courteous, and prompt in returning my phone calls. I did shop around and feels that I was given a good price on my purchase. I haven't received my order yet but I hope that delivery will go as well the purchasing process did.

This was our first visit to Furnitureland South.  The experience was great!  We worked with Donna Buchanan and she was wonderful!  Her friendliness, attention to detail and knowledge in answering all of our questions was very helpful and made our experience so enjoyable and effortless.  I would highly recommend Furnitureland South and Donna and will plan to visit the store again.  Unfortunately we live in Illinois so it won't be as often as I would like.

Thank you for a positive furniture search experience.  Sales representative Rick Amos was prompt in replying to my many email questions and was very patient during the decision making process. My purchase was a somewhat small one, so the time Mr. Amos was willing to give to my account reflects integrity.   The entire event was handled online and by phone, and I am confident I will be pleased with the outcome.
