If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would. I went shopping there on March 21st for a bedroom suite to include a king size bed with two nightstands and a media chest. I told the representative Alan my budget and he said no problem. Showed him which Suite I wanted and he worked up the price and after he had already charged my credit card said ol"Oh I forgot to give you the second night stand". Had to stand there and fight for over an hour because of his error.

Problem 2 came at delivery. Our media chest was damaged, and the tech and the delivery person noted upon delivery. The replacement part was never ordered at delivery. A technician came out a few days later with no idea why he was coming to our house, took pictures and left. I called customer service and after 45 minutes of arguing finally managed to get a replacement piece that was supposed to be delivered 4 days later. 

Problem 3 came the day came for delivery they never showed up. I called customer service and they told me that they supposedly left a voicemail that delivery was not going to be able to be done. They never left said voicemail. Now they are giving me the run-around that it is supposed to go to be another two weeks for the replacement piece.

Speaking with the store management and the customer service department has resolved nothing! Run don't walk away from this place! I will never shop here again!

I will definitely avoid this place. Bought whole living room set from this place with warranty. Bedroom set from Ashley. This place s**ks bad from sales staff to warranty department. First, there were contradictions between sales person and their manager then They scheduled warranty inspection and no-one showed up and is been 2 months. If you wanna pay more for cheap furniture this is your place.  👍🏻

Adding picture of damaged chair. Even though bought warranty during purchase but they said it doesn't cover under warranty. Either dont buy warranty or go to better place.. That's all I can suggest.

Went to Rooms To Go on Wendover Ave in Greensboro. When we walked in we were greeted by an employee and told her we were looking for a reclining sofa with electric lift. She showed us 6 or 7 different models and we decided on one and made our purchase after deciding which we wanted. A pleasant experience and really enjoyed our time with the sales person. Cannot think of her name but her right hand was in a soft? cast where she had surgery on her thumb.

You can be approved for financing within 5mins and schedule delivery of your new elegant furniture same day! And for 5years without interest you can't bit that. Browse designs online first before you go in store for faster service. No appointments needed.

I will not purchase anything from this location EVER!  No one and I mean NO ONE approached me to ask if I were helped.  They stood around talking to each other, however. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to purchase that day but because of poor customer service I eventually walked out empty handed after being ignored for 30 min or more.  After reading other reviews, I realize I am not the only one to be treated so poorly by the staff here.  Wow! It baffles me that you people are still employed.  If I could rate you with 0 stars I would.
