We bought a chocolate sectional loved it . But after about six month we heard a pop sound when we sat down. My husband pulled the bottom fabrics off bottom to have look. We was shocked the wood used was oak ,but the wood broke in multiply places from where knots were in wood. I have pictures but no way to post them on here. Thankfully my husband can fix this. But for almost a thousand dollars you would think ,they would be more careful not to use wood with knots. Smh, if buying from them ask about if wood splits because of knots if they will fix or replace before ever buying from any furniture store.

After hearing their advertisement on the radio, we drove an hour to the store. We were told the commercial was advertising an old sale which occurred a week prior. I am aware of how much airtime costs and no business would waste $1000's on commercials unless they are purposely false advertising. The associate behind the counter never stopped eating her dinner and we were told to look at the showroom floor since we drove an hour to get there. Coming from a city much larger, I knew they had nothing I was dying to see, I only drove down for the "sale". My advise is to ignore the sale pitch on the radio, the sales are non-existent. The showroom is the run of the mill basic furniture store with prices that are mediocre at most. Nothing worth driving for.
