We recently purchased a couch from Ashley furniture and were very pleased with our experience! We worked with Diane Kyle-Smith and she was a wonderful sales person. She offered very good advice, was knowledgeable on the furniture in the store and was just very sweet. Our couch was delivered earlier than expected and we love the way it looks in our house ! We had a great experience with Ashley furniture and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture with great customer service !

Went in to look and get prices walked out with the bedroom my wife wanted. Customer service was top notch .Susan was absolutely wonderfull. Exceptionally knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to do business with Susan and the staff (Sorry did not catch all your name's ).

Fantastic Customer Service. My experience with this store was top notch. The employees definitely care about helping the customer "create their space"; they aren't pushy at all, and the experience is very relaxing when dealing with such a friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I'll continue to buy my furniture from this store! KUDOS to the management of this location. I've had some bad experiences in the past at other furniture stores, but not this one! You'll get my repeat business. Thank you!

Recently we made a purchase at Ashley and wanted to say, DIANE WAS AWESOME! In fact the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Diane took so much time with us explaining the options each offered making sure we chose the right one for us. Thank you again Diane for all your help!

Bait and switch nightmare. Went out over past weekend with my wife and family to get our new space downstairs in our home outfitted. Sales person was nice and took care of us therefore he earned the one star I have to give. We kept getting told about the 0% special for 72 months so my wife decided to go ahead and take advantage and get some new pieces for our new 4500 square foot living space. So we ended up financing almost 11k. Parts of stuff was on back order so they split the tickets so we could get some furniture sooner than two months. Suprise at end of transaction we have to pay tax and 20% out of pocket to get special financing. Wow that was the first mess and sign that this company is not made of much as far has honesty, integrity and character. So we paid the deposit to get it ordered anyways which took several hours to get done and to make sure tickets were notated by Ashley employees that we paid for a wedge on a split ticket as part of a sectional on a different ticket because of order times. So fast forward to Tuesday afternoon my wife gets a call at 6:30 at night from manager Susan saying they had made a mistake on our 11k invoice and they needed $2600 more dollars#$@$#$. We were charged and paid for the couch and the sectional around $3800. Online the whole thing including wedge love seat and sofa is $3798 so i figured we did ok was not complain over $22. So Susan when asked if she had spoke with our salesperson she said no he is out today. So the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. So a advertised couch on the website for $3798 they want to squeeze you for over 6k. I think not I can do math and I really think they should close this store until they can get the management training to support the sales staff they have. I really don't like being lied to or swindled. They called the next day saying they would leave the contract the way it was and that was nice since they had already charged us website pricing with no discounts. So my big issue is they @##$ up and tried to take advantage of us and got caught. Then instead of taking accountability of the failures they just acted like they fought for us to get it fixed to the original amount which mind you is over 11k and all as listed on website. I think not. I only work with honest companies and not these kind of bait and switch. Bad thing is I was referred by one of your sales staff to come from a BNI network. I would have been a huge referral partner for your business. Now I will not be able to give you a recommendation or positive experience.
