Been a customer of JAX Kar Wash since December, and always had a pleasant experience.  I decided to get the interior detailed, and will NEVER do it again.

I ended up going back to my work to do the front floors because they were disgusting and I was taking someone out last night.  Should have done this on my own, and saved the 20 dollars

I spent 20 dollars and they did not even do the rear floor.  Pictures below.  Would love to speak to a manager about this issue.

mins just to get an exterior wash is ridiculous.  Under staffed, unorganized and never prepared to handle volume (because it’s hard to predict a busy day when the sun gonna be shining) The least you can do is make sure cars go through the wash in the order they pulled in.   Then u see cars cutting in front of each other like it’s a zoo.

Excellent place for anyone to take their vehicle. I had my car detailed here today and my car looks amazing! The staff there are always nice, courteous and professional. I’m very happy to continue doing business with this location. Thank you!

The membership here is worth it. They do an extremely thorough job and you always drive away with the feeling of having just bought a brand new car. Their prices could definitely be better though...

Thanks to Edward who is always friendly and caring. I wish more businesses could be customer friendly. Tracy at the register is also a pleasure. I moved out of the area and moved back to get the service of my car.
