Gas Furnace was not working . First tech was not very knowledgeable.  Took two different people two visits to figure it out and fix. It quit working again, after about ten days of use. The first tech didn't  know what he was doing and didn't care. We were were told they would not charge us for another service call but when I called they wanted to charge me again.  Also they leave your house dirty.  Track in mud and water from outside and don't clean up after themselves.  Don't use them.

They don't back up their work. Came out and replaced a relay on gas furnace. Took two different people two visits to figure it out and fix. Then it quit working again, after about ten days of use. They don't know what they are doing and they don't care. We were were told they would charge us full rate to fix again as if they were never here.  Don't use them. There are reputable companies that back up their work. This isn't one of them.

From the quote to the Install I felt at ease with this company. They did a through inspection then provided me with my options, cost and explanations. The team showed up on time and where clean and respectful. They did a professional job and completed in a timely manner.
I interviewed two other companies and neither came close to the price nor the comfort level I experienced with G & G.

I have used G and G for years. I was the facilities manager for a church and this company took care of the entire building without issue. They were always proactive with PM's to make sure we had the highest uptime possible and responded quickly when and if there were breakdowns. 

I have moved on from the facilities manager position so I was able to start using them as my vendor at home. I obviously couldn't use them before  because of a conflict of interest.  These guys are the kind of people that I really do give my keys to my house if I can't be there during a scheduled time and just ask them to lock up when they are done. 

There is so much peace of mind knowing whatever work they do, from PM's to full system installations, the job will be done right and at a good price.

I've always been a do it myself man but this one was up to my landlord. Despite wanting to take care of it on my own  i was glad it was left to someone who cares about quality and craftsmanship as much as I do. At first they didn't have time to make it the same day and I was a little upset cu I took the day off to let them in not to mention i have 3 girls so hot water is a must. They went above and beyond and squeezed me in their schedule and got it done the same day. The techs were very nice and professional as well as fast! I'd recommend g & g to anyone. Thanks guys!!
