This bike shop is super helpful.  My car broke down, rather than getting a new car in the congestion formerly known as Seattle, I decided to be a bus/bike commuter.

Let me start by saying the staff is super nice. They didn't judge me for not knowing much about bikes and with their help I'm semi competent in maintaining my own bike now. On top of that, any new bike purchased from their shop has a year of free maintenance.

The first bike I bought from them ended up being destroyed in a freak occurrence (I wasn't hurt, but my bike was literally gone) and they helped me get back on the road with a great discount on another bike.  5/5 stars.  Anyone who is into biking should check this place out at least once

The best experience I have ever had. First of all, the bike selection is primo. Great quality with great prices on every type of bike. Here is where the experience becomes the best. I bought a transition mountain bike, the next day I popped my tire on my way to work. I called them up and asked them if they could come fix it, with no hesitation they drove down to my work with a tube and fixed it for free so I could ride home. Damn good customer service. 👌👍👌👍👌

These guys are super knowledgeable and good at what they do. Great prices and friendly staff. They never try to upsell you on anything

These guys are awesome. So glad to have them near work. As a year round commuter I appreciated them fixing my rear shifter cable on the spot. It was going to be a hard ride home.
