Gregg's is the absolute best. I've taken my old bicycles into their establishment twice and they've been so helpful in repairing the issues. Not only that, but you simply cannot beat their price. As a college student, I greatly appreciate all they've done for me. Kind, fast, helpful, and welcoming folk over at Gregg's. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

I was absolutely delighted with every part of my bike-buying experience. Being a first-time rider of a proper bike, it took me a long time to find the bike with just the right fit and features to meet my needs. The sales staff were patient and helpful while I figured out what I wanted, and genuinely shared my excitement when we finally found it! They really know their stuff, and were happy to explain to me about the different options for frames and components that go into choosing a bike. Aside from the actual selecting of a bike, I brought it back a few weeks after I bought it because the front disc brake was rubbing intermittently. They explained to me that it was a simple case of user error, fixed it up, and took the time to show me how to adjust my braking technique so that it doesn't happen again. I'm super appreciative. :)

Simply this place sucks! I don't think they even know the meaning of what is customer service. Pathetic way of treating customers, I will strongly recommend to shop around before even you step in to this shop!

Great shop, huge selection of bikes and wonderful service. The service department always knowledgeable and happy to take a look at your bike . Highly suggest

I called today and spoke to the manager, Francis I believe.  Told him I was considering coming in to look at a bike, and there were a lot of other options near by.  I wanted to discuss the ratings on the site.  There are a lot of 1 starts with stories about poor service, and what little response from the owner has occurred on these ratings has had a tone of explaining why the customer had a bad experience, instead of taking that bad experience as an opportunity to improve.

Well, it seemed from the reviews that management here doesn't really care  what people think of the store, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.  So, I called in and spoke to Francis and gave him the opportunity to influence my perception.  Maybe they do actually care..

Well Francis listened quietly, responded with "Ok". When prompted with a final opportunity to give any response just said "Ok well thanks for letting me know."

Ultimately, I won't be going there, simply because there are 6 other bike stores nearby, and some of them really manage to give an impression that they care what their customers think.
