If you want a place that stands behind the product have no fear in this place. I thought the only places that stood behind products these days were the big box stores. I literally only buy from 4 stores for everything because I can't stand giving my money to places that don't support the products they sell. I knew nothing about Gerk's when I walked in the door but the selection of Specialized is impressive. I decided to give them a whirl against my gut instinct because I thought in the back of my mind nothing could go wrong. Needless to say something did go wrong and I was sick to my stomach about going back and talking with them. I was totally blown away at this companies support on my son's mountain back. They went way above and beyond in supporting an issue with his new bike. They could have taken the easy route by returning the bike or giving us a new unit but instead after a few days of being in the shop they more than made up for the issue by giving him a serious upgrade. I never write reviews because it is not often that I feel like a company deserves the accolades. There are plenty of stores that will sell you stuff but there are very few that truly support the customer with a real issue that is going to cost money to fix. This place is the real deal. My next bike will be from Gerk's and that's no BS.

Was passing by Issaquah with a new Bike not sold by them which needed some urgent tuning to get me home safely. They were really attentive, re centered by Disk Brakes no longer centered because of a change of wheels done by REI. On the way out, they discovered that I had a nail in one of my new racing tires creating a slow leak. They fitted my bike with two endurance tires perfectly suited for the conditions of the area in the Winter. The bike computer was the last thing acting up and they took care of that too. All in all, I was there an hour and left a happy camper.

Excellent customer service. I have purchased several Specialized bikes through them and have always had great experiences. They are very informative and willing to share their knowledge to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Great bike and ski/snowboard service as well! Just had my bike serviced here and it rides like new again! I always have my bikes and snowboards serviced at Gerk's.
