I was dreading my visit to the Welcome All Road location of the DMV.  So many posts about poor service, slow turnover, etc.  Imagine my surprise when I found the location with ease, and in and out in fifteen minutes with a replacement title for a car.  Too easy to make these fine hard working people the butt of every joke, I imagine.  Very happy with my visit, and very grateful for the help and service and smiles and fine attitudes.  Thank you.

I live in Gwinnett County and all of the locations are great and fast. I came to this one today because i needed my title that o never received. This is the slowest place ever. Sat for over an hour so i left. They need more workers and the ones they have there now needs to work faster when the place is packed.

For as many people that are actually in the building at the same time needing help, they actually move pretty fast. You just have to have all of your paperwork in order and have everything you need.

unreachable , they wont answer emails for days at least 3-4 days, the phone hold is over 2hrs... but even if someone answers the phone they don't have any knowledge but will just read through scrip ...
