Staff is exceptionally nice. Some products are fine. Prices are good. However, prices are only good if the product works. We bought two small electronics products for Christmas gifts. Neither worked. Their policy is no returns for opened products. Therefore, $15 in the trash. Not a lot of money, but totally wasted. I wouldn't buy anything there again that is in a wrapped package that I can't test before I buy.

Prices are great and they have merchandise you might not find at other (regular) retail stores. They have bigger shoe sizes too, I have seen a size 20. Famous brands at low prices, who can go wrong with that?! This store also was remodeled less than six months ago too and looks way better than before. Check it out!!

Remodeled store is better organized, less cluttered. Beware:  all merchandise is not priced.  But prices are very good. Worth the trip...

The new location of the registers is horrible they don't have enough staff to adequately help customers the wait is too long you can't get back out of line once you're in it because of the setup I stood in line for over a half hour couldn't get out of line until there was four people left because it took too long and I was late for a previous engagement the prices may be decent be pick up because of the lack of staff and the bad design of the checkouts I will not be shopping there anymore

Nice selection of clothes - Great prices... But some of the items are not priced and if you try to check out they will not be able to sell you those items.  Our cashier said "it happens a lot", so if that's the case it needs to be addressed.
