I had the best experience I bride could ask for! They were so friendly and helpful throughout the process of finding my dream dress. They understood what I was looking for and made sure to give me plenty of options. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and accessories. Most importantly the staff was so amazing. They are patient, helpful, sweet and overall are genuinely happy for your big day to come! I would recommend this wonderful shop to every bride. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

HORRIBLE. That is the only way to sum up my experience with this absolute joke of a bridal shop. I made an appointment in the middle of August and found the dress I wanted. I was told that my dress would be in sometime in November. I waited and never heard anything. November came and went and I still waited. I waited till January and still
did not receive a call that my dress came in. I HAD TO CALL THEM. When they answered the phone they said Olivia the owner is not in and they can not look up the status of my dress until she is there. The lady on the phone said she would call me back tomorrow. Olivia never contacted me. I had to call back two weeks later and Olivia STILL was not in. The women on the phone said she would make sure she called me back that day. Finally, she called back the next day and said my dress hadn't even been shipped because the maker was closed all of November. Well that didn't make sense because it was not only JANUARY already but no business closes for an entire month. So I called the maker and they said they were closed for 2 DAYS for Thanksgiving only and that what Olivia said was a complete fabrication. So, Olivia said it would be in next week for sure. After 2 weeks Olivia called me to schedule an appointment because the dress finally came in. After giving me the run around for months I asked her what day and time would work best for HER when it should really be what day/time works for me but I wanted to make sure that she didn't have an excuse to cancel or blow me off. The whole time I never was impolite or impatient. She made the appointment for the day and time she wanted. After a few days I got a voicemail on my phone from Olivia LESS THAN 20 HOURS before our appointment saying that she was "going to have to cancel because she is going out of town." Going out of town!? This was less than a day before the appointment that SHE set at the time and day SHE wanted! Well this was the last straw. I went in the next day, took my dress and got out of there. There was NO WAY I was going to risk having them do alterations after what I had been through. After the initial appointment I was treated like dirt by them at every turn. I have NEVER given a bad review in my life. The reason I am writing this is to warn the rest of you brides out there about what a mistake it would be to even walk into this place. If you do, you are not only setting yourself up to have a horrible and stressful experience, but you are also risking not getting one of the most important pieces of your wedding in time. Luckily I had over a year to prepare because had I not I don't know what I would do. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

My daughter made an appointment at Saroli's for December 16, 2017 for her wedding dress fitting. She was told on the phone to come in this weekend for the trunk show. My daughters and I made a special trip to the shop this morning at about 10:15 AM. We have never felt this unwelcome at a place of public accommodation before. 
I cannot say that the employees were rude, but they definitely were not friendly. When my daughter stated that we were here to see the dresses and then stated when her upcoming appointment was, the response was "Well, these dresses are not going to be here forever!" My daughter stated she wanted a dress with straps but nothing to poofy. The judgmental response was "So, you want a dress with straps and you do not want it to be ... (pause) "poofy." Apparently, "poofy" is an offensive term of art in the wedding industry. My daughter's statement that she did not want a cream-colored dress was met with a condescending tone of "Well, it can be ordered in white. It doesn’t just come in one color!" She even stated that she didn't have time to let my daughter try on a dress because she had an appointment at 11:00 AM and she was too busy. Again, we were told to come in this weekend to browse. We were not there to try on dresses, so I am not sure why this was even addressed. At one point, I even noticed her looking me up and down. We were there between 5 to 10 minutes. 
Toward the end, it appeared the sales associate attempted to redeem herself, but it was too late. We just wanted out. It was such an uncomfortable, awkward experience. Needless to say, the December 16, 2017 appointment is cancelled. 
FYI: My daughter is a financial adviser and I am an attorney. We will take our hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

Saroli's has a wonderful selection of bridal and womens' formal wear (even tuxes for women). Besides alterations service, Olivia offers custom design and tailoring services. The shop is just beautiful and the staff attentive.

I was looking for prom dresses, and I found one I really liked! Unfortunately, it was too small for me. However, the staff tried their very best to accommodate to my needs! They were very welcoming, super friendly, and provided such great service!!! Although I left without a dress, I'll be heading back in the future for any special occasion!
