Great Service from here. Have had some extra keys made from some unique, hard to find sizes/cuts. Also had them re-key our new home when we moved in. Great, local locksmith with great service. Will definitely use them again in the future for any lock related items.

Worst experience I've had with a locksmith. When the guy showed up I explained that the lock for some reason was no longer opening, that I had already ordered a new one that was being delivered today, and that I just needed him to remove the lock from the display case. He asked for the key and proceeded to jiggle it in the lock for about 10-15 minutes. Then had the audacity to ask if this was truly the key. Then he hadn't brought any tools with him so he left and came back about 15 minutes later to drill out the lock. Then he just disappeared without saying anything and came back quite a while later with papers to sign. The whole time all I could think of is "what the heck am I paying for here?!" Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you truly need help.

We needed a lock replaced and we called Precision Lock to come out and take care of it. Peter arrived in a very short time and did a fantastic job. We could not be more pleased.  I highly recommend Precision Lock and especially Peter if you want the job done right!

They were friendly and very quick to duplicate key. House key cost me only 3$.

I've been going here for YEARS for all of my lock needs, and let me just say these guys are great!  The service men are nice, the shop workers are great.  Never had any problems.  If you live in the Portland Metro area and are in need of a locksmith, this is the place to go.
