Had my flex towed into their shop on a Saturday.  I called Monday afternoon to check on it and the guy told me my car was next to go into the bay so he will call back and update me.   I was busy Tuesday so I never called but neither did they.   I called wed and had to leave a message.   Took two hours to get a call back I'm guessing the amount of time to actually put it into the bay and diagnose it.   Then they need to order parts that takes a week and a half.   Their mechanic ripped a hose while taking out my gas tank so they charged me for that of coarse.   When I picked up my flex after two weeks it was filthy and full of bird poop.  Apparently they don't wash cars there.   Finally the best part my car broke down again with the exact same problem on our way home to phoenix, the engine shut off while I was passing a car at 75mph with my wife and baby.   After another tow to a dealer in the valley it's finally fixed.  it was the fuel pump module not the actual fuel pump which is what I told the guy on the first Monday we spoke.  He continually told me on Wed that The fuel pump assembly is called the moduel and I told him there was another one.  just goggle it I did.   The dealer in the valley said the module wasn't touched or tested by gaplin.

Hubby and I had been looking for a car to tow behind a Class A Motor home for awhile. We went to Dennis and explained what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. The next day we received a phone call and POOF!! Dennis magically found what we wanted within 24 hrs. and we bought it!! We are very happy campers!! Thank you ever so much Dennis!! Please keep that smile on your face, the twinkle in your eye and your laughter in the air. Your magic works!!!  LOL
