PLEASE READ: We contracted for transfers for 7+toddler from Houston airport to a Galveston hotel...then after our cruise from the port back to Houston. 

Our driver James was waiting at the Houston airport at baggage claim with a sign as we arrived. He was extremely nice, helpful & professional. He had a brand new toddler car seat in the van & the van appeared to be new as well. The booking process was so easy...submit a request, receive an email, pay online & done.  After our cruise (while still on the ship) we got a call from them saying our van was there but had a flat tire. They reassured us they were doing everything possible to pick us up on time...and they did! We were an hour late getting off the ship (chaos) and they were late due to the tire so it all worked out. And they didnt charge us the "wait fee". Communication was awesome.

Received a price quote online for shuttle service from Port to the airport for 5 passengers in a van. I specifically requested the van as the vehicle for the trip, knowing how much luggage and space was needed.  The quote was for $175 plus gratuity. I contacted a few other companies to check their prices, and the quote price was in line with other companies. I then called to double check the quote price, and again was told the cost for the van would be $175.

After a few days,  I called the company to book service. I was sent confirmation, in the confirmation they changed the vehicle from the van in the quote to a cheaper SUV. I immediately called the company to change this as we would not have fit in the SUV. I was informed that the van would be an additional $50. They claim that the quote they sent me was for a SUV, even though it clearly stated a van. 

Very shady to try and uncharge.

Update: I am not trying to ruin a company. I am letting all know of what has happened to me. I specifically requested a van shuttle in the price quote, and the quote that I was sent clearly stated that the vehicle was a 14 passenger van. I simply was trying to get what was quoted by the company. Some try to make an extra buck wherever they can

Was picked up by Darby at the airport who drove my party to Galveston. Darby was waiting for us on arrival and the car was clean and comfortable. He was professional and courteous and we would gladly have him as a driver again.

Friendly, helpful service from online to in the vehicle! I procured the limousine service and received five star treatment all around--for less than a taxi! Cannot say enough good things!
