Most bus drivers are rude and very unhelpful with regard to offering connection help & directions.

Convenient service. Busses usually on schedule, sometimes a bit early or late, but efficient. Thank you for the service you provide.

Standing at the bus stop. driver looks right at me, just keeps on going. She never stopped to pick me up. Called Customer service twice, directed to the supervisor, and tossed to voice mail. 2 voicemails left now, havent heard back. Wouldn't be so bad if UBER were not also banned on the island.
