Galveston Limousine service worked out perfectly for our recent cruise. We paid half of what the cruise line was charging for a family of 4. The limo driver who ended up being our driver to and from the port, was on time or early, highly professional and courteous. We arrived at our destination on time and he got us there very safely considering that on our way back to Hobby airport, we ran into flooding rain and severe weather. I highly recommend this service.

DON'T TRUST THESE CROOKS!  I had a reservation booked for transportation from Houston to the cruise terminal in Galveston.  Our cruise was cancelled due to hurricane Harvey and I attempted to cancel with this company as well.  I was told there are no refunds whatsoever, then told they would only refund 50% of the total.  They would not have even been able to provide services on our scheduled day as the roads were completely flooded.  They keep referencing the contract which states no refunds, but they voided the contract one day before and sent me a copy, therefore voiding the terms of the contract as well.  They are trying to take advantage of this terrible catastrophe and keep customer's money for providing no services.  DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Positive -Easy booking process. 
Negative- airline canceled our flight day of trip. Ended up driving 18 hours to make our cruise. Called Galveston Limo to let them know our flight was cancelled and we would be driving ourselves to the area l. NO REFUND because we cancelled day of scheduled service. Airline caused the cancellation not us. I could understand not refunding the deposit. We will never book with them again.

Do not use this company - customer service is awful.  They were closed due to the Hurricane and could not provide service but they would only refund 50% of the amount we paid.  This is not a reasonable business practice given the situation.

Galveston Limousine worst customer service. I paid $50 for transfer from the airport to Port of Galveston. They, Galveston Limousine, not me cancel my reservation and only credit me $25 due to Hurricane Harvey. Galveston Limousine Refused to offer a full refund. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH GALVESTON LIMOUSINE.
