The last times I have dealt with this location they have been rude and unhelpful. I've had a MANAGER straight give me attitude for asking for help. Then today when I called to ask them about testing our super Nintendo games they gave me a straight up no unless we are selling them to them. Which I get. But we had initially intended to go up there and buy some new games anyway, but we didn't want to waste money buying new games if it was the system that is broken. If it was the games, than fine we would just replace them, but if it's the system there's no sense in wasting the money. Honestly I would just rather buy games off of the website Lukie Games, and not have to deal with rude people that have no idea what "service with a smile" is.

Grateful for a nice retrogaming shop in Killeen. Price tends to be on the very high side when it comes to the few rare games they have. But plenty of cheap games can be found here.

Its a good place if you have a ton of games you want out of your hair or if your looking for cheap priced play stations and video games. Their inventory is in good condition. I bought a new 3ds there after mine was stolen for a decent price and itnworked perfectly.
