Ever since the last Store Manager left (Laura) and the next one transferred to another store's performance and customer service has suffered greatly. To the point where I'm no longer reserving my games there and will be shopping either across the street or at the mall's location. In the last 2 months, I've had my reserved game come in and I get no phone call to pick it up. I work in Austin so I'm crazy busy and can't make it in before they close. (I know shopping at stores close to work is an option, but not viable. I'm not going to drive over an hour for midnight releases when I'm wanting to play my new game at launch) Anyway... New Game Associates cannot answer simple questions, cannot give me straight answers, and gives me answers that's not even relevant to what I've asked. So there is a training problem at this store. Recently, I went to pick up a copy of a collectors's edition I had reserved some time ago and was a game I've been waiting for since last year to be released. I call ahead (twice) to ensure that they have it still, I was told that they did and had a note on it. I then drive across town to pick it up and the GA currently on the floor couldn't find it. It's in the system, but couldn't find it. Calling/texting the other associates proved not to be helpful. So I asked to be called when and if it was found.

Came in to get a chat pad with a coupon. They tried to pass on a used chat pad to me. No attempt to explain it me that it was the only one they had, i only knew because i over heard their conversation.
