Cybil is an amazing sales person who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The store at the mall had only one of the pillows we wanted to buy. She was closing but offered to get us the other pillow from the other location by Home Depot. Mattress Firm is lucky to have such a friendly, customer driven employee! Thank you so much a great experience.

So I ordered a mattress on September 12, 2017. I cancelled my order, the very next day. I have still not received my refund. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Because trying to get an answer as to why my refund hasn’t been mailed yet, has been a nightmare. The people in the store told me I would have to call corporate, and corporate has given me the biggest run around. On top of people from corporate telling me to talk to the people at the store. I mean I paid cash, so I was expecting to get my money the next day from the store. But apparently they don’t keep cash. Like what sense does that even make? This has been the worst experience ever with customer service. I can’t even imagine if I would have gotten a mattress with them, and had any trouble with it. I’ve called every day for the past two weeks. I’m highly disgusted and still haven’t recieved an answer as to why I haven’t gotten my refund. If you need a mattress and want real genuine help, go see Mr. Lewis at Mattress One!

Amazing customer service!! Ashley helped us find exactly what we wanted for an excellent price. She as extremely patient with me while I looked around and answered all my questions about the different beds.

Location was very patient and kind with making sure I got what I wanted and also had extra discounts that I didn't know of that they made sure I received.
