Zak was AWESOME! Helpful and kind to everyone, even the senior citizen that had no idea what she needed. She showed him a txt from a 13yo and he took it from there, done in 60sec. Trade-ins were handled efficiently and fairly for store credit. When we told him we needed just a basic xbox one controller for a 9yo he looked for the best value vs. price for us instead of just going for the big sale. All around very positive experience.

This place (at one time) was a pain to go to, but it has been great for the last year or so. Great staff. Remember to do the survey on the receipts. That helps their hours and they aren't necessarily supposed to tell you that so I never knew until a friend(in a different city) told me.

Great place to shop. Employees are super helpful and full of knowledge. My sons 9th birthday was a succuess

Rating it 5 stares just to get on top, overall not a good experience. Asked a simple question from a single mom with a game living kid to a game expert, but was treated like am idiot. Simply asking if I can turn Wii U into microsoft there are dozens of forums, explaining the process, but these guys at Gamestop not only had not clue what I was talking about, which is fine, but making me feel like an idiot NOT COOL. Then to boot went on to explain how my sons Wii U remote was the worst remote to have. Sorry we all don't get a discount to be able to afford something better. Way to go guys! Never going back to this location again.
