They have flyers and advertisements up for products they don't even carry or sell. Specifically, flyers for pre-ordering a collector's edition of a game that they don't have nor will they. Besides that, there is a general lack of caring for the customers and a deficit in the knowledge department when it comes to their own products. FAIL!

There are few good workers in the a bad workers I went there not too long ago, went there to go get a new game for my switch they didn't have it then ask for 3 Pokemon codes for Palkia and Dialga one was from my dad me and my little cousin who wasn't able to come and they said only one per customer and we tried to get one more just so my little cousin got one after that we left couple days later went in there to get Mario Kart and the guy there said oh you came back only reason why we came back was to get the game really recommend you just go to Amazon Target or Walmart it just sucks there.

Game stop has been consistently going down hill for years. Offering bs prices on trade ins and new games to trade towards something else, generally get less then half what you paid money for you now get store credit. Wish they would suck it up and be fair if I paid 60+ for a new game and play it and want to trade it a week maybe 2 later why do you only offer 25$ and sell it for 48 pro member price and 50 gen public. Stupid return rates equals you guys pulling in the money. PS your damn store hours need to be changed via internet really inconvenient to show up at 9 am according to internet times to find out the stupid store doesn't open for another hour. Jesus.
