I ordered shutters for my home in mid June. A 50% deposit was paid on June 23, and I was told they would take 2-3 weeks. I NEVER heard back from the company. No updates, no contact, information, nothing. I called on August 15th, and was told there was a delay with the company making the shutters. They would be in the showroom on August 21st, and an installer would be contacting me in the two days following to set up an install date. It is now September 1. I have left messages for the company to return my calls and it never happens. I am disgusted with this company and the lack of communication, and total disregard to promises made and not kept, and the fact that I have to track them down. DO NOT use this company for anything! Customer service is -25, on a scale from 1-10!

⚠️WARNING:⚠️ DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! This is not a place you want to do business with. Susan Bridges robbed Peter to pay Paul!! Took our money, did whatever she wanted to do with it and never ordered our blinds!!! She's a liar! I would not in the least consider this place a legitimate business!!! After much frustration and trying to get an answer from her we finally had enough. Months and months later we still had no blinds. She will take weeks to even return a phone call or get back to you!! She was stalling trying to find a way out of her deceit and thought we would go away if she just kept saying she is just so busy and she's so sorry!! That's how you take care of the customer?!?!?? Poor communication to say the least!!! She was caught up in her own web of lies and seemed to think she could fool us and keep leading us on that the blinds were on their way! Over and over stalling and stalling they are on their way when she could never provide a tracking number from FedEx (once she claimed they shipped FedEx) or any real proof what she is saying is true! We called Hunter Douglas to get more information and they did not have my order nor even make the blinds yet that I ordered. (Hunter Douglas also gave the lead time of 7 days for the blinds) Well 57 DAYS LATER I DID NOT HAVE BLINDS!! Yet according to Susan they were arriving that day! We finally got a refund but then she has the guts to say the blinds are in the showroom!! Wow, what magic!!! And oh really, so if you're a smart business owner you would send my refund when you have the blinds?!? She is nuts!!! I continually asked for the FedEx tracking number and she kept saying she would send it-never did!! A monotone, unprofessional voice on the phone lying over and over!! This place is a sinking ship and she thought she could bring us on board!! Long story short get your Hunter Douglas blinds somewhere else!! You'll thank me later!! And save yourself a giant headache and wondering how these types of people function and are still in the business world!!

Had some beautiful treatments done from Home Touch. Susan was very helpful. She seems very knowledgeable about blinds and shades, and was very nice and patient in helping us pick out our shades because we had no idea what we wanted initially. And I love my new shades. Highly recommend! Thank you!

From the initial design consult to the final install i have had a great experience with Wholesale Shutter Company. The entire staff has been a pleasure to work with. They offered me more desing options than any other company and I was thrilled with there prices and quality. Thank you Wholesale Shutters, I will be sending referals your way.
