Customer service is absolutely garbage. I go in within less than 12 days to return a phone that is malfunctioning on me for a replacement and they tried to give me every excuse under the sun for just needing to do a factory reset with fix the problem only based on convenience to them of having to do a little bit of paper work getting my phone from the back room and giving me the service needed.  Personally I'll never go back to this location if they won't and don't want to do their jobs, what they are they being paid for.   I made the switch from Verizon where I never had any of these issues with my phone or customer service and am really close to just going back.  When I made the switch I was hoping for the great services that they promised on TV and other advertisements and feel they fell short on everything.   Hopefully this message helps any others that see this wanting the same things I did out of a cell phone company and to think twice of ever going to this location.    I'll go back to 2100 s. 700 e. Location where I was treated amazing and was taken care of above and beyond.  It's a bit of a drive but we'll worth 5 star service.

i have a friend visiting from france who was having trouble with her phone/service. mike (manager) helped us out immediately after we came into the store and had us out the door in under 10 minutes with her phone working perfectly. thank you mike, you rock!!!
