This place is always understaffed when I go in here. Waited over 30 minutes in line while only 1 person manned the store.. That means they had to deal with customers and answer the phone at the same time. Felt sorry for the fudge working there.

Hahaha, this GameStop is where they must send all the incompetent employees from all the other GameStops. That's the only answer I can come up with. They have no clue on how to do anything. Don't know how to run a credit card. Don't know what new games are coming out for the PS4...so many things that I don't have time to list. I thought it will be convenient because it's so close to home but I rather drive out to the one on lumsden. Freaking pathetic

It a decent place, for some reason the place smells like it was wet vacuumed, with a rug doctor, nice staff but I think theft is very high in this store, employers aren't very suddle they will just out right just stare at you, if they're not busy with something else, there are better ways to deal with stuff like that, like going to the person and ask8ng if they're looking for anything specific or if you can help them look or find anything, all in all they always have more games for a small store that I can never find at their larger locations, and they always have bigger sales.

Friendly helpful staff unlike some other game stops. Best one in Brandon/plant city area
