Initially had an issue with this store and contacted Jim. I didn't get the issue resolved with him and unfortunately had to leave a negative review of this location. I wish it didn't have to come to that but I will say that once the store manager had seen the review himself, he personally resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction and was eager to earn our business again. That eagerness to resolve and earn business shows that this location wants to earn long term business from it's customers. Thank you.

I walked into my local Verizon store, greeted by Amanda with a smiling face willingly eager to help me find the right phone for me. She not only helped me but my wife as well we could not be more happy with our new smart phones. Amanda is definitely our Verizon rep from here on out. She doesn't just treat you like another sale. Thank you Amanda

Purchased a car mount yesterday, here today to because it wouldn't stay in place. Came to tell the my issue. They were very nice and exchanged it for me. Truly grateful... This is your Verizon store to go to

Best experience I've had in any store. Jason was so nice and so helpful, my phone wasn't to the best condition and he still sat there and worked with it with no problem. He helped me set everything up after I lost my phone a week later. Very personable, best sales associate I've come in contact with so far! Will definitely refer my friends to this store location !

Jason was so nice and so helpful. Totally knowledgeable, a great salesman. He listened to my husband and I chatting a pointed out tips, products, and deals that were relevant for us. It was very nice. I'm very pleased with my experience!
