Three simple stars because this company has a policy that they only buy used games and so if you go in with a game you haven't opened yet they won't allow you to trade it for store credit. Idk I guess policy is policy but I was planning on trading a game for a nice discount on another game when that plan fell short because of the fact that I had never taken the game out of the plastic wrapper. Still bought the game I wanted but at full price basically. Good gamer store, awesome staff, but I dislike that policy.

For as long as I can remember, this has been my go-to place for all my video game needs. They've always had a friendly and knowledgeable staff that is easy to talk to because they play the same games as their customers. Recently I called in for a pre-owned Xbox One and the store manager Dan went above and beyond to make sure I was set up and had a great experience.
