Staff is friendly but games are a little pricey, especially used games.  Their rewards program is only worth it if you buy/trade games often.  If you aren't into gaming, it honestly may not be totally worth it.  It does help if you make a big purchase.

Ordered game and got pickup confirmation. When I went to pick it up they had sold it to another customer, make me drive to st louis to get my copy. They mention they tried calling, but have no missed calls. Will not go here again.
