I highly recommend Jafferson Computers for all of your computer needs. They have provided service for me several times over the past five years and have helped keep my computer up and running, despite some viruses and other issues. The most recent problem with my (12-year old) computer was a game changer – the motherboard was severely damaged due to power surges and the cost to replace it was not worth it based on the age of my computer. It was time to get a new computer. I decided this time I wanted a lap top and asked Mateen at Jafferson Computers what kinds of things to look for; he was very helpful and wrote out some important features/requirements to look for when shopping. He said if I was interested, when I figured out what I wanted, to let him know and he might be able to get it for me for the same or a lesser price. That way I could purchase my 1-yr warranty through him. So that is exactly what I did. I knew having a warranty through Jafferson Computers was much more beneficial than one from a retail store – and it was the same price! I had some very old programs and data I wanted to have transferred to my new lap top; a more challenging task than an ordinary data transfer. They were able to install some of the old programs (miraculously) and for the ones they could not (Office products that were no longer supported), I was able to purchase new programs from them, which they also installed. With his vast IT knowledge and skills, perseverance and patience, Mateen met all of my needs; all of the data, including photos from an old program were successfully transferred. I love my new lap top customized just for me! And it’s a comforting feeling knowing I have a whole year’s warranty (including remote support) in which my computer needs will be met. The staff at Jafferson Computers is highly knowledgeable and professional yet, they offer the personal care and concern not provided by the big box stores.

Went to This company for a application build up on line. Asked if they could help me. no problems. scanned docs & pasted. this was all last minute. everywhere else i called was pulling wisdom teeth...... they are very nice people!!!! 5 /5/ 17 jeff

A screw on the bottom of my laptop had fallen out. I had to push down on the corner every time I opened the laptop and two cracks had formed. I went to Jafferson and the technician replaced the screw and tightened the others free of charge. My laptop opens like new now.

Great shop. I've taken computers here for years and they've always been efficient, reasonably-priced and attentive. They source replacement parts quickly and do all repairs in-house, unlike the Geek Squad, who ship your computer off to some central warehouse. Would recommend for any software or hardware issues with your laptop or PC.

The gend copier is like my right arm.which by the way I just broke May 19th.tleman that took care of my printer was very knowledgable and to him minutes to diagnose the problem. In 30 minutes it was fixed and I was on my way home.and yes it only cost $35.00.. To me he was heavensent. Thabkyou for all your help. My printer, fax, an
