My husband and I have been to this Game Stop in 3 occasions and every time we've gone the employees have been rude and disrespectful. They made my husband feel uncomfortable due to innapropriate comments such as "where do you get all your things from?", since we went there for a while trading in old games and a console he did not want anymore. In our personal experience going to Game Stops it's the first time we experience bad customer service, definitely we would not be going back there.

They did not care to be helpful. I have been in here 4 times and kept me running back and forth to the store. Might I specify all their fault. Will never shop here again. Oh by the way have you heard how the gentleman talk to you on the phone!

Meets all my son's gaming needs with courteous staff.I try to come when they first open,otherwise sometimes it can get a little crowded.
