Good experience getting my issues worked out.

The females there are nice and professional, but some of the child boys that work there don't know what they're doing and I called before driving to the store to confirm that my order was there and when I got there they said that they couldn't process my order because of a system error. Wtf? Plus when I ask to speak to the manager he started catching an attitude and trying to get the last word in but I always get the last word in.

The environment was nice. We were switching from another company to T-Mobile and everything they said sounded good. Until we got the bill. We got "free phones" but we have to pay for them for the first 3 months. We had to argue with them over the phone to bring down the bill to the price we were told it was gonna be. So there were some partial lies or things hidden from us that we weren't told about. Little détails that we weren't told about make a big difference.

horrible!!!they switched my iphone to a tablet, and i was wondering why my phone wasn't working, i called tmobile customer service and they told me that's what thy did!terrible service, i couldn't not use my phone for 3 hours, stupid mexican.Always a long wait, and the sales rep don't even know what they are talking about.
