1st of all the place is clean organized and very well-laid out, the staff welcomes you, very friendly and really shows that they want your business, Raul seems to be a shift leader or store manager and runs the store like he is the owner. I was there for a while and he made sure every guest was greeted and taken care of quickly and he is very knowledgeable about all of the products how to get things done. I'd live in Plantation but I will drive to this store because of the customer-service and attention.

Nice staff and quick and easy. I dealt with Giovanni and he was informative and attentive to us which is always appreciated when your in a hurry and know what you want.

Went here last Friday evening with my wife, she wanted to check out the new galaxy and trade in her iPhone.  The guy who was there had the music jamming to loud and we asked him to turn it down some and told him we were interested in a new phone, he said he would check on it but he then started to vacuum the store so we left. I went back today and waited 15 minutes and none of the 4 people acted like they wanted to help me so I  left.  I have been a sprint customer for 15 years, this could be the end of sprint for me
