I only shop at the store area not at the service area and in my area there is never any help I have to walk thru all the aisles to find something I saw an employee on his cell phone that's how great the service there is he saw me and didn't even bother lol

I have been going to this particular office depot for the past three years. And the quality of service at this location has always been rather terrible, but when they got a new store manager a year ago it somehow got worse. I will not shop there again after what happened the last time i was there, I was at this location and there was 15 people waiting in line to purchase items, with only one cashier. And their copy department was equally swamped with customers, there was only one worker at each of those areas. Unbelievable. And i saw a manager named Jairo, he was just walking the aisles talking on his cellhphone and ignoring the customers. This location has terrible managers, that is the problem here. I reccomend any other store over this place, it does not deserve your money.

Decent computer selection, but their copy department is very underwhelming. There was only one person behind that counter and he was trying to help 4 people at one time, some of them with complicated orders....and it was just a mess. The rest of the store had no customers there, so it was a unpleasant experience for both the customer and im sure, for that worker to. I give this two stars only for the computer area, the copy department would be a negative two stars if that was possible.
