The last time I shopped at a GameStop was several years ago and it was meh at best, but today (11.04.2017) I went to two different GameStops in Niles, IL and it was a very positive experience. Great and helpful customer service. Very knowledgeable. I was happy.

This is a great store with a friendly staff willing to answer any and all questions. I've had my handful of crappy guys/girls that don't chat about games or are willing to help out, but every visit I've had here has been pleasant.

Arlene was incredibly helpful. I came into the store to return a duplicate copy of Breath of the Wild I received and ask how the expansion pass would be delivered as I did not receive any kind of code when picking up the game. Arlene was concerned that I did not receive the code and proceeded to identify the issue that the other store had given me the wrong receipt when I checked out that did not contain the download code. Through a series of phone calls, Arlene was able to solve the problem and as a result I left the store having successfully returned the game and received the correct code that I had paid for. She was appropriately friendly, helpful, and interested in both finding the cause of the problem and solving it. Her efforts definitely contributed to me being in a better mood when I left than when I arrived.

this store is awesome if i had to chose one store in the hole world its this one! they are amazing at suggesting games and being far about how much money you are getting for trade ins
